The production process of Perla White involves mixing natural quartz minerals and resin in mixers. The mixture is then transported to a distribution unit, where a vein effect unit adds the marble look pattern. The mixture is then pressed under vacuum in a vibration press, shaping it into slabs with dimensions of 152 cm width, 30 cm depth, and 310 cm height. The slabs are cured in an oven, polished with diamond abrasives for a high-gloss finish, and subjected to rigorous quality control. The final product is a bundle of Perla White slabs ready to be transported to clients.

The Perla White project, led by designer Esra Arıcı and her team, started in March 2014 at the Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant. It was later exhibited at the Marble 2015 event in Izmir, Turkey, and has since gained popularity in the US market. The design was meticulously researched and developed, with raw materials chosen from the most white quartz on earth to achieve the desired pure white look.

Perla White has received recognition for its exceptional design and functionality.
